We achieved a significant milestone with our entry into the Indonesian market, and we are now proud to have taken another important step forward in this journey.
Our Ops Transformation Meet, the first town hall meeting since entering the Indonesian market, was an opportunity to bring together 50 team members from our head office and 26 station representatives. Over the course of two days, we introduced Çelebi’s innovative systems and service quality programs, setting the foundation for our collective journey ahead.
This event allowed us to connect, reflect on past operations, and define the path forward as we continue to elevate service standards in Indonesia. Together, we embark on a journey toward a future defined by excellence and progress.
