1.Cargo Tracking
You can get information about the current status of your cargo if you enter the AWB-Number (and in some cases further details to identify the cargo). No user account, no e-mail address and no further e-mail address is necessary to conduct to cargo tracing.
Logfiles of the request are stores (see no 2 below).
Legal Basis
The data are processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. According to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR the processing of personal data is lawful if it is necessary to perform a contract.
Storage Period
We store no data within the of cargo tracking.
2.Server Log Files
Each time you access the website, we automatically collect a series of technical data, which is personal data.
These are:
User’s IP address
Name of the requested website respectively the data file
Date and time of the access
Transferred data volume
Report of successful retrieval
Browser type and version
User’s operating system
The device used by the user, including MAC address
Referrer-URL (the previously visited website)
This data is not combined with any other personal data that you actively provide on the website. We collect server log files for the purpose of administering the website and to be able to recognize and prevent unauthorized access.

According to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR the processing of personal data is lawful if the processing is necessary for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by us, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms which require protection of personal data Our legitimate interest is in the easier administration and the ability to detect and track hacking. You can object to this data processing at any time if there are reasons which exist in your particular situation and which speak against the data processing. In order to do so you can write an e-mail to the data protection officer.
What is an IP address?
The IP address is a worldwide unique sing of numbers which is assigned to each device (e.g. smartphone, tablet, PC) connected to the Internet. The IP address depends on which Internet access your device is currently connected to the Internet. This can be the IP address that your Internet provider has assigned to you, for example, if you are connected to the Internet via your W-LAN at home. It can also be an IP address assigned to you by your mobile phone provider or the IP address of a provider of a public or private W-LAN or other Internet access. In its currently most common form (IPv4), the IP address consists of four number blocks. In most cases, as a private user, you will not use a constant IP address, as this is only temporarily assigned to you by your provider (so-called "dynamic IP address"). With a permanently assigned IP address (so-called "static IP address") a clear assignment of user data is easier in principle. Storage Period
The log data is automatically deleted after 30 days. We reserve the right to store log data longer, if there are facts which suggest that an illegal access has taken place (such as the attempt of hacking or a so-called DOS-attack).

Storage Period
The personal data stored within the scope of establishing contact will be deleted if the request has been completely clarified and it is also not to be expected that the concrete contacting will become relevant again in the future.
4.Google Analytics

İşlenen Kişisel Verilerin Kimlere Hangi Amaçla Aktarılabileceği
Yukarıda yer alan Amaçlar’ın yerine getirilmesi doğrultusunda toplanan kişisel verileriniz; meşru menfaatimiz kapsamında yurt içinde yerleşik olan hizmet aldığımız danışmanlar ve bilgi teknolojisi altyapısı ile çerezlere ilişkin teknik hizmet veren hizmet sağlayıcılara, kanunlarda açıkça öngörülmesi ve hukuki yükümlülüklerimizin yerine getirilmesi kapsamında kanunen yetkili kamu kurumları ve kanunen yetkili özel kuruluşlara KVKK’nın 5. maddesinde düzenlenen veri işleme şartları kapsamında KVKK’nın 8. maddesinde belirtilen kişisel verilerin aktarılmasına ilişkin kurallara uygun olarak aktarılabilecektir. Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıda yer verilen Amaçlar’ın yerine getirilmesi kapsamında elektronik ortamda internet sitemizde yer alan çerezler vasıtasıyla toplanmaktadır.

Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
Kişisel verilerin eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
KVKK ve ilgili diğer kanun hükümlerine uygun olarak işlenmiş olmasına rağmen, işlenmesini gerektiren sebeplerin ortadan kalkması hâlinde, kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
(e) ve (f) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.
Yukarıda sayılan haklarınıza ilişkin başvurularınızı, https://www.celebiaviation.com/tr alan adlı web sitemizde yer alan “İlgili Kişi Başvuru Formu”nu doldurarak; i. güvenli elektronik imza, mobil imza ya da (varsa) tarafınızca daha önce Şirketimize bildirilen ve sistemlerimizde kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle kvkk@celebiavition.com adresine elektronik posta göndererek, ii. Yamanevler Mah. Siteyolu Cad. Anel İş Merkezi No: 5 İç Kapı No: 23 Ümraniye / İstanbul adresindeki Şirket merkezimize bizzat gelerek veya noter kanalı ile bildirimde bulunmak suretiyle Şirketimize iletebilirsiniz.
Talebinizin niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde başvurularınız ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılacaktır; ancak işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenecek tarifeye göre tarafınızdan ücret talep edilebilecektir.
Veri sorumlusu olarak, talebinizi kabul edebilir veya gerekçesini açıklayarak reddedebilir ve cevabımızı yazılı olarak veya elektronik ortamda bildirebiliriz. Başvurunuzda yer alan talebinizin kabul edilmesi halinde gereği Şirketimizce yerine getirilecektir. Başvurunuzun, veri sorumlusu olarak Şirketimizin bir hatasından kaynaklanması durumunda başvurunuz için bir ücret alındıysa tarafınıza iade edilecektir.
