INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA VIA SENDING OF COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES
Çelebi Havacılık Holding Anonim Şirketi (“ÇHH” or “Company”), in its capacity of data controller, obtains, processes, stores and transfers the personal data of the data subjects in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL”) and the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, as well as the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages based on this law and the relevant legislation.
The purpose and scope of this Information Notice, prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the PDPL, are as follows:
As the data controller, we would like to inform you about the purposes for which your personal data is processed, to whom it is transferred, and your rights under the PDPL, by sending you newsletters containing innovations and developments related to ÇHH, its group companies and/or affiliates via e-mail as part of the communication and marketing activities carried out by our company.

Your personal data mentioned above is processed for the purposes of conducting promotional, communication and marketing activities related to products and services, carrying out analysis and information activities, and sending you newsletters via email containing innovations and developments related to ÇHH, group companies and/or affiliates.
Method of Collection and Legal Grounds for Personal Data
Your personal data is collected automatically via electronic communication channels (newsletter subscription forms and/or other digital registration fields) on our website with the domain name [www. _______]. Data processing activities are carried out based on your explicit consent, in accordance with the legal basis of explicit consent under Article 5 of the PDPL.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data obtained within the scope of commercial electronic messages, marketing and communication activities may be transferred to technical service providers located in Turkey and İleti Yönetim Sistemi A.Ş. (“İYS”) for the purposes specified above.
ÇHH’s corporate email servers and service providers used for electronic newsletter delivery are located within Turkey, and there is no transfer of your personal data abroad.
Risks That May Arise Following the Processing and Sharing of Your Personal Data
Although our Company takes the necessary administrative and technical measures during the processing and sharing of your personal data, certain risks exist. Namely;

Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data
Pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL; you have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed, to request information about the processing of your personal data, to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is being used for its intended purpose, to know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred within or outside the country, to request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data, to request that the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of the correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data, to object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from the analysis of your personal data, and to request compensation for any damage suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data. You may submit your requests regarding these rights to kvkk@celebiaviation.com. Your requests will be evaluated and finalised within 30 (thirty) days in accordance with Article 13 of the PDPL, and you will be informed of the outcome.
As your personal data is processed based on your explicit consent in accordance with Article 5/1 of the PDPL, you may withdraw your consent at any time without providing any reason. Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, the sending of commercial electronic communications to you will be discontinued. You may exercise this right to refuse by: (i) using the "Unsubscribe" link in emails, (ii) sending a notification to kvkk@celebiaviation.com via the email address you previously provided and which is registered in our systems, or (iii) using the e-Government portal via the İYS.
